RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product and recieve a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.

Items cannot be returned after seven (7) days from purchase unless specifically stated by Critical Tales LTD.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a digital item, please head to our contact page. To return a physical item, place the item and your proof of purchase securely in its original packagingand mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
